Durban – Sekuvele kwacaca ukuthi iCommission for the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Cultural, Religious and Linguistic Communities (CRL Right Commission) iyinyathele emsileni kubaholi bamabandla ahlukene akuleli kulandela isiphakamiso sayo sakamuva sokuthi zonke izinhlangano zamabandla kumele zihlelwe bese zibhaliswa ngaphansi kohlaka oluthize njengoba zihlomula ngezindlela eziningi ohlwelweni lokuqoqwa kwentela.

Lezi ziphakamiso ziyingxenye yombiko wale khomishini weCommercialisation of Religion and Abuse of People’s Belief System.

Le khomishini iphakamisa ukuthi amabandla azohluleka ukulandela lokhu kuzomele asulwe bese ephucwa izimvume zokusebenza njengamabandla.

Kodwa-ke iCRL Right Commission ithi kunezizathu eziningi ezenza ikholwe ukuthi imboni yezamabandla kumele izilawule ngokwayo ukuze izozimela, kungabibikho ukugxambukela kukahulumeni.

Le khomishini ize yenza uphenyo nje kulandela imibiko eminingi esiyinsakavukela kwabezindaba kanye nama-video ehlukene akhombisa abaholi bamabandla beyalela abazalwane ukuba benze izinto ezithathwa ngabaningi njengezishaqisayo, nokubalwa kuzo ukubadlisa utshani, izinyoka, ukuphuzisa u-petrol, ukubafutha ngeDoom, ukugida phezu kwabo kanye nokuhamba phezu kwabo ngezimoto, ukubala nje okumbalwa.  

Indaba inakale uma sekuthintwa eyezimali

Ngaphezu kwalokho kuphinde kube nezigameko eziningi lapho abazalwane behlukana khona nezimali ezinkulu abazikhokha emabandleni ngoba bethenjiswa ukuthi kuzokwenzeka imilingo ezimpilweni zabo noma bazothola izibusiso. Phakathi kwalezi zinselolo kubalwa ukutheleka kwequlu labalandeli babaholi bamabandla, kwesinye isikhathi abebefika nonogada abahlome bezingovolo; ukubukelwa phansi kanye nokungahlonishwa nhlobo kweCRL; ukunqaba ukukhipha amaphepha okubalwa kuwo izitatimende zasebhange; kanye nokusabisa kwabalandeli.

Uphenyo lwale khomishana  lubonise ngokusobala ukuthi yize noma ziningi iziphakamiso abaholi bamabandla abangeneme ngazo, kodwa isiphakamiso sokuthi kubhekisiswe ukuphathwa kwezimali zamabandla kubukeka kuyiso esidalele kakhulu amazinyo abushelelezi iCRL. Omunye umholi webandla (naye obevele kule khomishana) wazwakalisa ukungenami ngokuthi acelwe ukuba akhiphe isitatimende sasebhange, wathi ukholwa ukuthi unelungelo elikuMthethosisekelo loluthi abe “nemfihlo”, wathi akekho umuntu ongavele aye ebhange nje ayofuna isitatimende sasebhange somunye umuntu.

Izimali zebandla ziphathwa umfudisi

Okunye ekutholile ukuthi amanye amabandla ayazisebenzela nje ngaphandle kokubhaliswa kanye nokuba nezitifiketi zamalayisensi kanti futhi amanye awayidaluli nhlobo kwaSARS imali ayenze ngonyaka, ngaleyo ndlela abalekele ukukhokha intela; kwezinye izikhathi kuba nomuntu oyedwa ohola ibandla nokuba uyena kuphela oshaya isicathulo; izimali zebandla zilawulwa umholi webandla, unkosikazi wakhe kanye nabanye babangani bakhe.

Ngaphezu kwalokho le khomishana iphinde yathola nokuthi kwamanye amabandla imali esuke iqoqwe kubazalwane ayifakwa nhlobo ebhange; kwezinye izikhathi uma ngabe ifakiwe ebhange ifakwa kwi-account yangasese yomholi webandla, hhayi eyebandla;  iningi lamabandla abhaliswe njengezinhlangano ezingenzi nzuzo (NPOs), kodwa imali ayenza ngonyaka iba ngaphezulu kakhulu kwesikalo semali okumele yenziwe iNPO, kodwa noma kunjalo lokho awalokothi akuthi vu kuSARS.

Kuyacaca ukuthi lolu phenyo lweCRL Rights Commission luyinyathele emsileni, ikakhulukazi kubaholi bamabandla, kanti kuphinde kuvele nezinsolo zokuthi uSihlalo wayo (iCRL), uThoko Mkhwanazi – Xaluva, uchashwa ngezinhlamba aphinde asatshiswe emakhasini ezinkundla zokuxhumana amanye amabandla. Kolokhu kubalwa nokubizwa kwakhe “ngomuntu okhonza uSathane, uSathane kanye nentombi kaSathane”.

Izinto ezifana nalezi zikwenza uzibuze ukuthi kungenzeka yini ukuthi amasonto awasiyona nhlobo lento iningi labantu elicabanga ukuthi ayiyona. Ngungani kumele kube yimfihlo engaka ukudalulela uSARS imininingwane ngezindodla zemali ezikhokhwa abazalwane? Ubani ofihlelwayo? U-SARS noma abazalwane uqobo?

Engathi bayamungabaza kwayibona ‘uNkulunkulu’ abefundisi

Uma ngabe ulalelisisa kahle abaholi bamabandla, ikakhulukazi lawa awubukhazikhazi, uphinde ubabukisise indlela abenza ngayo, ziningi izinto ezikhombisa ngokusobala ukuthi they are not genuine futhi abakholelwa nhlobo kulo ‘Nkulunkulu’ abahlale bethi bathunywe uyena. Kungabamnandi kanjani nje uma ngase bonke abazalwane bebandla bengase bathi bayayeka phansi indaba yokusebenza kanye nazozonke izinto ezibangenisela imali, sebesika iphethini kubona (abefundisi), bashumayele ivangeli ubusuku nemini. Lokho kuzosho ukuthi nale mali okunikelwa ngayo isizonqamuka – iphele le nto yokuthi kube khona abakhangeza kwabanye, nokuthi kube khona abasebenzela abanye

Okubuhlungu ukuthi abanye balaba bazalwane banikela ngezimali zokugcina, kuze kusokole nezingane, kanti abanye sebaba omata bokusulela udaka lwabaqashi babo abahlale bebachapha ngezinhlaba, bababeke isandla, kanti abanye baze badlwengulwe nokudlwengula abaqashi kodwa babekezele ngoba bencenge isinkwa sezingane. Lona ‘izwi’noma ‘inceku’noma ‘uNkulunkulu wezinceku’ uyakujabulela yini ukuthi abantu banikele ngezimali ezitholakale ngezithukuthuku nezinyembezi ezinje?

Izithunywa ‘zikaNkulunkulu’noma osamabhizinisi?

Sisekuyo le yemali, usho ukuthini wona lo mkhuba wokuthi ‘izinceku’ kumele zikhokhelwe ukuze zizongcwabela abashonelwe? Why leli ‘zwi’ liphendulwe i-commodity? Kuyenzeka yini ukuthi umuntu athunywe (uNkulunkulu) bese ecela lo athunywe umyalezo kuyena ukuthi akamkhokhele ukuthi uthunyiwe? Alikho kodwa phela icala uma becacisa ukuthi bangosomabhizinisi - kusemthethweni.

Kona vele kuyihlaya nje ukuthi abazalwane kumele banikele ngemali ekubeni leyo mali ingafiki kwakufika ‘kuNkulunkulu’ lo okugqugquzelwa ngaye abantu ukuthi banikele. ‘Izinceku’ zizinqumele zona ukuthi kwenziweni ngemali bese zithi ‘intando yoMdali’. Ayikho futhi into ongaphikisa ngayo umuntu uma ngabe ethi ‘uNkulunkulu’ wakhe ‘ukhulume’ naye. Ubani-ke wena ungalazi nezwi lakhe ukuthi linjani? Laziwa ‘inceku’kuphela.

Engabe zingavuma yini ‘izinceku’ ukuthi le malini enikelwa abazalwane yabiwe yonke ngokulinganayo, kungabi khona othola okukhulu kunomunye, ukuze kuzoxhaswa imindeni yabazalwane ngamunye kule ehlwempu, okungekho noyedwa umuntu osebenzayo?

Engabe la bantu abahlale bethi ‘bathunywe uNkulunkulu’ angaqhubeka yini ‘nokubathuma’okukanye bangaqhubeka yini ‘bathumeke’ uma kungathiwa ayivalwe indaba yeminikelo, indoda nendoda izifukuzele?

Kuyishwa elikhulu nje ukuthi izihloko ezithinta inkolo noma amasonto zingezinye zezihloko  okunabantu aba-too sensitive ngazo nokwenza kube nzima ukuba ne-debate ezoba-robust futhi sikwazi nokuba –frank uma sikhuluma ngazo. Phela la eNingizimu Afrika kunalo mkhuba omubi futhi oya ngokuya udlisa, wokuthi kube nezinto okufanele uma ngabe uveza umbono wakho ngazo kube ozokitaza abantu abathile kuphela, noma kungaba yi-fact, uma ngabe ungabakitazanga usuyinyathele emsileni, uzohlaselwa ngayo yonke into ekhona – ngobanaku nje kunabantu abahlale bezikhohlisa ngokuthi yonke into ingabo, umbono obalulekile yilo othandwa yibona kuphela.

Isikhathi esiningi futhi abantu ababanga umsindo, ikakhulukazi ezinkundleni zokuxhumana, abayingeni  eyokugxila kwi-argument noma isihloko esibekwe ezithebeni – balwa nomuntu nje siqu sakhe, bese bephakanyelwa amaphaphu.
